1. Reporting Abuse
If you believe APIMesh APIs are being used to cause harm, please send a report to abuse@apimesh.xyz with the following information:
- Your contact information (name and email)
- Description of the abuse
- API endpoint involved (if known)
- Timestamps of the abusive activity
- Any supporting evidence (logs, screenshots)
2. DMCA Takedown
If you believe APIMesh APIs are being used to infringe on your copyright, send a DMCA notice to abuse@apimesh.xyz including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
- Identification of the infringing activity and the API endpoint involved
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving a report
- Investigation: Completed within 5 business days
- Notification: Reporter is informed of the outcome and actions taken
4. Counter-Notice
If you receive a DMCA notice and believe it was sent in error, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@apimesh.xyz including:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Enforcement
- First offense: Warning via email with details of the violation
- Second offense: 7-day account suspension
- Third offense: Permanent account ban
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban (DDoS, illegal activity, repeated DMCA infringement)
