Refund and Credit Policy

1. Credit Model

APIMesh operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance and each API call deducts from your balance. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

2. No Refunds

Because API credits are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, our standard policy is no refunds. Once credits are added to your account, the transaction is final.

3. Exceptions

We will issue corrections or refunds in these cases:

• Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days and we will correct it
• Duplicate charges: Duplicate transactions will be refunded automatically once identified
• Extended outage: Service outages exceeding 24 hours may qualify for a credit at our discretion

4. EU Digital Goods

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your right of withdrawal is waived once digital content delivery begins. For APIMesh, delivery begins at the moment credits are added to your account. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and consent to this immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@apimesh.xyz before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
