By accessing or using APIMesh ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email.
APIMesh provides web analysis APIs (SEO, security, performance, and related tools) accessible via HTTP endpoints. You can interact with the APIs directly or through our MCP server for AI agent integration.
To use paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted.
APIMesh operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits via Stripe (credit/debit card), x402 protocol (USDC on Base), or MPP crypto payments. All amounts are denominated in USD.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We log API requests for analytics, billing, and abuse prevention. Request logs include timestamps, endpoints called, response times, and your API key identifier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
APIMesh owns the Service, its APIs, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and API responses. You grant us no rights to your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of API responses, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You can delete your account by contacting support. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
